Festival Production Company — Los Angeles & Inland Empire

Multi-stage festival production across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire — simultaneous main stages, sound-bleed design, and fast changeover systems.

Overview

Festivals fail in the gaps: two stages fighting each other acoustically, a headliner changeover that eats twenty minutes, a distro plan with no headroom left by day three. We design festivals as one system, not a collection of stages, so those gaps are engineered out before anyone loads in.

We run multiple simultaneous main stages, including our work on NextFest at the LA County Fair, where concurrent programming is the format rather than the exception. That means orientation and coverage patterns chosen to control sound bleed, timeline-aware patch and line schedules, and changeover systems that let one stage reset while another performs.

Across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire we cover the full production stack — audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, and power — with a crew that has lived through multi-week runs and knows what breaks on day nine.
