Overview
A fan zone is a broadcast venue with a crowd in it. The match feed has to arrive clean, the screen has to be readable in direct sun, and the audio has to carry commentary intelligibly across an open footprint while still hitting hard when a goal lands. Miss any one of those and the atmosphere collapses.
