Overview
Fairs are their own discipline. A run lasts weeks, the footprint covers acres, and one production team has to serve headline music, community performers, arena programming, and sponsor activations in the same hour. Fair boards do not need a rental quote; they need a partner who can hold an entire season together.
We have been the production partner of the LA County Fair since 2022. That relationship shaped how we work with fairgrounds: an advance process that maps the whole site before anything ships, structures and truss rated to stand for the full run, distro built with headroom for whatever gets added mid-season, and crew scheduling that keeps quality consistent from opening weekend to closing night.
We speak the operational language fair organizers use — advance schedules, stage plots, entertainment contracts, changeover windows, and end-of-season strike — so coordination stays short and the fair stays on schedule.
